We are currently in need of a Accounting and Finance Analyst who will join our growing team and work in-office at our location in London, Ontario.

The Accounting & Finance Analyst if responsible for ensuring that all financial aspects of our daily operations are top-notch and supportive of future growth and maximum profitability, including pricing, contract administration, invoicing, project and job costing, and client-level budgeting, performance reporting, and forecasting.

What are we looking for?

• A technology-savvy financial professional with experience in financial administration, data analysis, and business intelligence
• Experience in general accounting/ book keeping, financial strategy and business finance
• Ability to envision, design, implement, and operate financial reporting and control systems.
• Ability to assess the need for new systems, automation, and continual process improvement.
• An expert-level user of business application software including spreadsheets, accounting software, and process-automation tools.
• Proven communicator and leader
• Formal education in finance or economics, or otherwise has substantial self-taught experience.
• Experienced using a variety of modern financial recording, reporting, and analysis software.
